pipecat init has moved into pipecat-ai as the optional [cli] extra. Add a top-of-README banner pointing users at `uv tool install "pipecat-ai[cli]"`, noting init/pc commands are unchanged and that cloud/tail still work as co-installed plugins. This is the final release of pipecat-ai-cli.
