[Bug]: Could not capture the picked element

Steps to reproduce

In the latest version when I try to pick an element in the UI it always complains: "Could not capture the picked element. The annotation was picked without the screenshot.

Expected behavior

I was not aware that a screenshot is taken. I like the idea of getting a screenshot but a dom element select would be enough.

Actual behavior

Every time I select a dom element within the browser and attach it to the chat it complains with the error banner.
