Use the canonical generated version-PR title at its source #47

Closed

Description

@coisa

Investigate and correct the source of the version-PR title override/configuration so the native supported default title includes its real update/actor/version data as provided by the generator. Inspect pinned published Changelog0.3.0 and supported newer releases before changing caller configuration. Do not just rename an open PR or invent a format, do not modify the global Changelog engine or another repository, and do not publish a tag/release. Demonstrate actual generated title through supported tests/planning and the next applicable open managed PR; report a real upstream limitation if the expected format is not available.

    Delivered in PR #50, merged as ef5764d. Main Quality run40421708913 and Changelog run40421709699 completed successfully. The unchanged native generator then created PR #53 with the actual default title: chore(release): php-fast-forward/code-standards v0.2.0 → v0.2.1. No manual title rename was used.
