Adopt native PER style while preserving descriptive PHPDoc #35

Closed

Description

@coisa

Use the installed ECS native non-risky PER3.0 prepared set instead of PSR12; record actual resolved rule/option differences and version. Keep destructive annotation cleanup skipped unless every description/inheritdoc case can be preserved. Remove only reviewed inactive skips, no blanket common/Symfony/risky/migration sets or custom wrapper. Add full effective golden cases for described/simple/rich/virtual types, void/null, final/abstract, inheritdoc, package/author/analyzer tags and idempotence. Validate self-use and callback-last/attribute spacing. Related #5/#4 remain partial.

    Delivery evidence: PR #40 was merged and its PER preset, source changes, fixture and Composer minimum are included in main d7ee6d191c293a1769931ae5535228a4539808fb. ECS 13.3.8 uses its native non-risky PER Coding Style 3.0 prepared set, with the recorded 63-rule configuration. Destructive PHPDoc cleanup remains skipped; the effective golden preserves descriptions, inherited documentation and intentional tags. The candidate's 73 tests / 522 assertions, native self-check and idempotence checks passed. This does not close the remaining legacy-profile/Rector work in #4 / #5.
