Picks up the SDK's security dependency refresh and the v2.4.0 fixes that the CLI has been missing since it was pinned at v2.3.0. Resolves GHSA-5cv4-jp36-h3mw (golang.org/x/net HTML parser DoS, medium). x/net was an indirect dependency arriving via the SDK, so bumping the SDK pin carries the fix transitively: v0.54.0 -> v0.57.0, above the 0.55.0 patch line. Transitive upgrades via MVS: golang.org/x/crypto 0.52.0 -> 0.54.0 golang.org/x/net 0.54.0 -> 0.57.0 golang.org/x/sys 0.45.0 -> 0.47.0 golang.org/x/term 0.43.0 -> 0.45.0 golang.org/x/text 0.37.0 -> 0.40.0 Also inherits from SDK v2.4.0: cross-app nested references now resolve against the referenced app's secrets, and Retry-After is parsed into RateLimitError/APIError.
