tests: pin CHANGELOG claims that no test covered - #53

Planners validate the goal's type (0.6.5 never checked it: BFS/UCS accepted 42, A* died with AttributeError), components are not recomputed while the graph is unchanged (spy on the traversal), and dotfile() leaves sys.stdout open (0.6.5 closed it).
