Consolidates the optional features worth adopting after a v5 suite is green into one "New in v6 (optional)" section in the migration guide: parallel runs (Run.Parallel / Run.BeforeContainer), Debug.ShowStartMarkers, and the new Should-* assertions — each linking out to the existing usage pages rather than duplicating them.

Also drops the dangling "a dedicated guide … will come later" promise in favor of practical incremental-adoption guidance.

Build is clean (no broken links/anchors).

Microsoft Virtual Academy was retired; the "Testing PowerShell with
Pester" course now lives on Microsoft Learn. Point the resources table at
the canonical Learn URL instead of relying on the old MVA redirect.
