Fixed the flaky CI test decryptSymmtericallyWithWrongPassphrase in :crypto:pgpainless:test. The root cause was that PGPainless throws different exception types non-deterministically when symmetric decryption fails with a wrong passphrase. The error mapping in PGPainlessCryptoHandler.decrypt() only caught WrongPassphraseException and MissingDecryptionMethodException, letting other exceptions fall through to UnknownError. The fix maps any exception during symmetric decryption (key == null) to IncorrectPassphraseException. Verified with 20 consecutive test runs.
