[GR-80771] Convert WrapperBaseRoot and its subclasses to builtin nodes. - #1279

Keep PCode roots as PBytecodeDSLRootNode and simplify metadata extraction. For sources parsed with arguments, store the synthetic module root while retaining RootNodeWithArguments as the polyglot entry point. Re-executing captured module code now returns the synthetic function instead of raising an internal ClassCastException. Add coverage for module code re-execution and argument wrapper behavior.
