release.yml validates version files and the CHANGELOG section on release PRs, and pushes tag v<version> when the version change merges. publish.yml publishes the tag to pub.dev via OIDC and creates the GitHub release from the CHANGELOG. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
