This change aims to allow start of omcproxy if an interface does not exist at that time - the proxy is created later based on newlink event. It also handles removing of a interface and its recreation during runtime which previously resulted into interruption of data flow.
Added a test in Docker which is adding/removing interfaces and test whether the program keeps running and passing data.
Most of the implementation was developed with the assistance of an AI model. I reviewed the changes and take responsibility for the submitted code.
