Update the OpenThread APIs codelab documentation to transition terminology from Router and Router Eligible End Device (REED) to Mesh Extender and Extender-Capable Device (ECD), respectively. - Update LED role mapping descriptions from Router to Mesh Extender. - Rename REED (Router Eligible End Device) to Extender-Capable Device (ECD). - Update role promotion explanations and jitter function comments. - Adjust network partitioning and board reset descriptions.
