setuptools 가 openstack에서 주로 다루는 빌드 도구여서 바꾼 것으로 이해했습니다.

@paikend 꼭 그런건 아닙니다. hatchling 빌드 백엔드가 dynamic 버전을 지원하지 않더라구요... ㅠㅠ |
