Adds ems/docs/DistroEnergyIntegration.md, modelled on the GOPACS doc, and links it from the EMS README. It covers setup and how day-ahead submissions are built and scheduled.

Two small config changes came out of writing it:

  • The default DISTRO_ENERGY_BASE_URL now points at production (https://ibt.prod.distro.energy/api/v1) instead of dev.
  • REQUEST_INTERVAL is renamed to DISTRO_ENERGY_REQUEST_INTERVAL to match the other Distro settings. Deployments that set the old name need to rename it, or they fall back to the 60 minute default.

The handler pointed at Distro's development environment unless
DISTRO_ENERGY_BASE_URL was set. Production is the environment a
deployment should reach by default; testing against dev now needs the
variable set explicitly.
The request interval was the only Distro Energy setting without the
DISTRO_ENERGY_ prefix, and the generic name could clash with other
extensions reading the same manager config. Deployments that set
REQUEST_INTERVAL must rename it; otherwise the 60 minute default is used.
Covers setup (portfolio, client key, environment variables, asset
attributes) and how the handler works: submission schedule around the
09:00 gate closure, payload mapping from powerNet to signed kWh volumes,
gap and DST handling, and failure behaviour. Linked from the EMS README.

Could the PR title be updated to reflect that this also changes Distro Energy configuration behavior, rather than being strictly a documentation change? For example: Document and update the Distro Energy integration.

Retitled to name both config changes, and added the Enhancement label so the entry shows up under Enhancements in the release notes. That's where people look for the REQUEST_INTERVAL rename, which needs deployments to update their config.
