Adds a CLI build option intended for local builds, for users who prefer to build the app locally without Android Studio. The doc is intentionally quite brief, as the audience is folks already familiar using CLI programs and Git.
Computer Build is renamed to Android Studio build, to clearly differentiate the two methods. I left file names as is, to avoid breaking existing links. I also added some clarifications to BuildingAaps.md about the three different build options.
I hope I updated all the appropriate files.
