Prepares v0.3.0. Changes since v0.2.2 are in CHANGELOG.md.

  • Version bumped everywhere (package, pyproject, server.json, MetaInfo, Debian changelog, man pages).
  • Release notes now include the Flatpak install line for Fedora, Arch, openSUSE and others.
  • The Flatpak job is now blocking in CI and in the release, so a failed bundle can no longer produce a release without the .flatpak and leave the Pages remote stale.
  • CI uploads gknowledge-dev.flatpak as an artifact for every PR, so a build can be installed and tested before tagging.

After merge: tag v0.3.0 → release (.deb + .flatpak) → Pages repos → PyPI + MCP registry.

… support

- Version 0.3.0 in the package, pyproject, server.json, MetaInfo, Debian
changelog and man pages; CHANGELOG and release notes (with the Flatpak
  install line for non-Debian distributions).
- Flatpak jobs are blocking in CI and in the release: a failed bundle no
longer produces a release without one and a stale Pages remote.
- CI uploads gknowledge-dev.flatpak for every PR, so a build can be
installed and tested before tagging; bundles name Flathub as runtime repo.

io.gknowledge.Gknowledge implied gknowledge.io, a domain nobody owns (and
openapi.io is for sale); Flathub verifies io.github.openapi.* through the
GitHub organisation. Changed before 0.3.0 while there are almost no
Flatpak installs:

- Files, desktop entry, icon, MetaInfo, manifest, CI and READMEs renamed.
- The Pages remote also publishes the old ID with end-of-life-rebase, so
existing installs move on the next flatpak update and keep their
~/.var/app data; the old .flatpakref URL installs the new ID.
- X-Flatpak-RenamedFrom in the desktop entry and <replaces> in MetaInfo.
- Settings outside Flatpak live in ~/.config/gknowledge and are unaffected.

In the Flatpak, a folder picked with the file chooser is reached through
the document portal (FUSE), which cannot back SQLite's WAL shared-memory
index: New Project failed with "disk I/O error", and a WAL database made
outside the sandbox could not even be opened. The store now uses a
classic rollback journal; existing WAL databases are opened with
exclusive locking (no shared memory needed) and converted.
