Summary

Implements the Italian Fiscal Code algorithm in Kotlin 2.1, running on the JVM using only the Kotlin and JDK standard libraries.

  • Self-contained recursive-descent JSON parser (zero external dependencies or fiscal code libraries)
  • Multi-stage Docker build with kotlinc on eclipse-temurin:21-jdk-alpine and runtime on eclipse-temurin:21-jre-alpine
  • Fast JVM startup flags (-Xshare:auto -XX:TieredStopAtLevel=1)
  • Verified against all 87 shared test vectors

Closes #6

Checklist
