This pull request adds a Vercel cloud bucket mount strategy for S3 using Mountpoint for Amazon S3. It installs the required FUSE tooling on demand, passes credentials through the command environment with error redaction, excludes remote mount contents from persisted workspaces, falls back to tar persistence for snapshot mode, and makes unmount cleanup idempotent.
Documentation is intentionally excluded for a separate follow-up pull request.
