Docs: Airflow REST API Connection

This pull request updates the Airflow connector documentation to add information and guidance about connecting to Airflow using the REST API. It introduces a new documentation page for REST API connections, updates navigation and feature lists, and adds descriptive content about the new connection method.

Documentation updates for Airflow REST API connection:

• Added a new documentation page for Airflow REST API connection to both v1.12.x and v1.13.x-SNAPSHOT docs navigation in docs.json [1] [2].
• Updated the Airflow connector overview pages (airflow.mdx for both versions) to include a link to the new REST API Connection guide [1] [2].

Content enhancements for connection options:

• Expanded the description of connection options to include details about the new RestAPI option, its use cases (managed deployments, no DB access), and supported authentication methods, with a link to the setup guide [1] [2].
