Add the translations requested in the open localization issues - #107
German, French, Spanish, Italian, Brazilian Portuguese, Japanese, Korean, Simplified Chinese, Hindi, and Urdu now ship beside the Russian strings. Keys stay the English source text, and CI checks every language for missing strings.

it, ja, hi and ur were merged as human translations today (#105, #103, #102) and zh-Hans is in #92, so this would overwrite them
it's also on the older string set, so the strings added since then are missing
could you cut it down to de, fr, es, ko and pt-BR and update them to the current strings
i'd also leave the ci step out for now, since it would fail every pr that adds new text until all the languages catch up
Italian, Japanese, Hindi, and Urdu are already on main, and Simplified Chinese is in another pull request. These five translations include the strings added since the first version. The localization CI step stays out so a new English string does not fail every pull request.
