Adds the objectui Studio surface for the analytics dataset semantic layer (ADR-0021):

data-objectstack queryDataset(dataset, selection) → POST /api/v1/analytics/dataset/query (inline draft or saved name), bearer-token forwarded for tenant/RLS scoping; no silent client-side fallback.
DatasetPreview (preview registry): live cross-object preview — auto-runs the draft, renders a results table + bar chart (plugin-charts), surfaces compile/RLS errors.
DatasetDefaultInspector (default-inspector registry): structured designer for object / include / dimensions / measures with a closed aggregate dropdown.

Tests: data-objectstack queryDataset (4), DatasetPreview (4), DatasetDefaultInspector (6). No regressions in inspectors/previews suites (149).

Pairs with framework PR (analytics dataset endpoint); .objectui-sha there pins this commit.
