This is domain:ui seat 5, opened on the maintainer's word in the Claude Code project "objectstack devx ui" (「UI 车道可以再开一个座位」, 2026-10-27T22:30Z). The pm:seat index (open and closed, read 2026-10-27T22:33Z) holds domain:ui seat 1 (#25966), seat 2 (#25995) and seat 4 (#26620); no seat 3 post exists and the maintainer named no number, so this seat takes the lane's highest number plus one (seat-post-protocol.md).

• File area: carved from seat 1's area. Seat 5 = the Studio Interfaces pillar (navigation entries, page picker, dashboard widget types, the Interfaces list), the approvals-inbox i18n card (Approvals inbox and Approval Requests list show the flow and step labels in English under zh-CN, although the app's pack translates them #26883) and ui/scripts tooling (ui(scripts): the maintainer-run build modes of check:node-esm-load and check:published-dist are broken (exit 254; builds the docs app) #26860, after PR ci(ui-merge): port the four objectui gates that guard published @object-ui packages into root CI #26854). The Setup permission-set header card (Setup: the permission-set detail header shows the English label under zh-CN, and the metadata list pages (Positions, Permission Sets, …) stay English under ja-JP and es-ES #26884) is in seat 2's Setup area and stays with seat 2. Seat 1 keeps every other path it held, its in-flight cards and loans, and the rest of Studio. Seat 2's area is unchanged; Studio Access stays out of this seat while seat 2 has cards in flight on that pillar. Seat 4 keeps its lane-wide rule. Claims carry Seat: domain:ui#5.
• Model: default judgment tier (Opus) under the quota exemption; no card whose order binds CONTRACT_REVIEW_TIER. A Tier H PR waits for the director seat's contract review and this seat's ACCEPT before any approver is asked (fleet-write: relay pr_create asks the governed approvers to review a Tier H draft before any contract review exists, so an approver can approve and merge it unreviewed (#26566, #26570) #26617).
