#296 fixes the CJK search 500 with an Intl.Segmenter tokenizer and adds a post-build gate. It measured two side effects that belong in this card's search item:

1. Cold-start cost.
   • fumadocs builds every locale's index on the first search in any locale. With the four CJK indexes now built instead of throwing, the first search after a cold start rose from 2.7–3.0 s to 7.2–7.4 s wall time under Node, and to about 6.2 s in a local workerd preview.    • CPU on the deployed Worker is not measured.
