I note that the cibuildwheel action was updated yesterday. Do we want a cooldown period?
In general that seems healthy, but it looks like we need this update to work around the CPython b3->b4 ABI break, so no need to apply a cooldown here. I looked through the whole diff for cibuildwheel 4.1.1 manually, and that should all be fine. It bumps some of its own dependencies, but those are for releases that are already available for longer.
