Export embeds the review of an existing baseline (read-only, never creates one) so an exported file shows what changed. Glows get a more saturated palette with separate light-mode text colors, a 2x pulse, and a longer red phase for unexplained items. Every injected JSON payload now escapes <.

Exported HTML now carries the change review when the model has an approved baseline: same glows, ghosts, and Changes panel as
serve, without Approve. No baseline means no review; export never writes.ignatius/.Glow tuning: more saturated green/yellow/red, 2x pulse speed, red held longer on unexplained items. Light mode gets separate text colors so badges keep contrast.
