Suggested name: math-split-chemical-elements
We want a rule that checks for when chemical elements have been incorrectly captured in separate elements. For example, sodium should be marked up as <mi>Na</mi>, not <mi>N</mi><mi>a</mi>.
The rule should identify consecutive <mi> elements, the content of which together make up a chemical element.
