Suggested name: math-outside-mathml
According to the guidelines, all mathematics should be marked up with MathML in STEM books. Therefore, we need a rule to look for mathematical operators or greek letters outside MathML markup.
Suggestion: look for the most common operators (+, -, ·, ×, ÷) and single greek letters outside <math> tags.
