Add Account Button Disappears When Multiple Nextcloud Accounts Are Configured #3391

• The issue affects the Notes Android app, neither the Notes server app nor the Nextcloud Android app.

Describe the bug

When configuring multiple Nextcloud accounts in the Android Notes app, the "Add Account" button moves further down the screen with every additional account.

After approximately six accounts have been added, the button is no longer visible or accessible, making it impossible to add further accounts.

Reducing the Android system font size temporarily allows two additional accounts to be added. However, the button eventually disappears again.

I currently need to connect nine Nextcloud accounts, but the app's layout prevents me from doing so.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Nextcloud Notes for Android.
2. Navigate to the account management screen.
3. Add several Nextcloud accounts.
4. Observe how the "Add Account" button moves further down with each additional account.
5. After approximately six accounts, the button disappears below the visible screen area.
6. Reducing the system font size temporarily makes the button accessible again, until more accounts are added.

Expected Behavior

The "Add Account" button should always remain accessible, regardless of how many accounts have been configured.

Possible solutions include:

• Making the account list vertically scrollable.
• Keeping the "Add Account" button fixed at the bottom or top of the screen.
• Moving the button into the toolbar or an overflow menu.

Actual Behavior

The account list grows vertically without providing sufficient scrolling or repositioning of the "Add Account" button.

As a result, users with multiple Nextcloud accounts cannot add further accounts, even though the application technically supports them.

Impact

This is particularly problematic for users who manage multiple Nextcloud instances or accounts for professional purposes.

The issue makes the app's multi-account functionality effectively unusable beyond a certain number of accounts, depending on screen size and font settings.

Expected behavior

The "add" icon should always remain visible, regardless of how many accounts are connected.
