Added support for long choice dialogs (e.g. /model with more than 9 items) - #185

…tems) Claude shows long menus as a scrolling window (rows prefixed with ↑/↓ and a "… +N models" line). The detector now parses such windows, and the new MenuEnumerator walks the menu with Down arrows (cyclically, returning the cursor to its original item) to collect every item. - Items 10 and above are selected with arrows + Enter, since a digit key selects immediately. - ChoiceMenuPanel wraps the options in a scroll pane whose maximum height is the new "Choice menu max height" setting (Tools -> Options -> Claude Code -> General, default 320 px); the scrollbar appears and disappears as the panel is resized. - Model discovery at startup and the model combo cover all models. - Docs and General settings screenshot updated.
