The sidecar CPU and memory allocation is no longer fixed at 50m/150Mi. It now varies based on enabled monitoring features (tracing, logging) and is set dynamically by the MDAS deployment decorator. Updated three sections (vCPU Allocation, CPU Bursting, Memory Allocation) to reflect variable resource allocation while preserving baseline minimums.
