feat(footer): use @profullstack/footer

Renders the copyright line and the Profullstack ring nav (<< Profullstack >>, random, vote) with @profullstack/footer (latest), server-side, so template updates published to the package reach this site without a redeploy. The hand-written ring nav is removed so the ring appears once.

Simple footer: the #MOSHCODING wordmark is kept, and the copyright line and ring nav are now <Footer site="https://moshcoding.com/" tagline="dba moshcoding" /> inside the existing .foot/.legal styling. Its border and padding are zeroed there because .foot already draws them. Landing is a server component and the page is dynamic, so the footer renders per request. tsc is clean.
