feat(footer): use @profullstack/footer

Renders the copyright line and the Profullstack ring nav (<< Profullstack >>, random, vote) with @profullstack/footer (latest), server-side, so template updates published to the package reach this site without a redeploy. The hand-written ring nav is removed so the ring appears once.

The site's own footer (brand, creed, link columns) is kept, minus the old ring nav. Every page's foot() leaves a <!--pfs-footer--> slot, and the html() helper and the 404 handler fill it per request with footerHtml({ site: 'https://moshcode.sh/', nonce }). CSP: style-src was 'self' only, so each response now gets a random nonce (style-src 'self' 'nonce-…') that is passed to the footer's inline <style>. bun test passes (18/18). Booted locally: /, /blog and the 404 page carry data-pfs-footer, and the nonce in the header matches the one on the <style>. Screenshot-checked at 1280px.
