pit.world global footer + trimmed site footer - #11

The server fetches https://pit.world/snippets/footer.html?site=moshcode.sh (module cache 1h, 3s timeout, stale or nothing on failure) into a <!--pit-footer--> slot as the last thing in <body>, stamping its <style> with the response's CSP nonce. Replaces the @profullstack/footer webring. Site footer is one row: brand, MIT, GitHub/Commands/Blog/install.sh/llms.txt. Dropped the creed tagline and the Pit and elsewhere columns. The CrawlProof text-link unit moves from above the footer to the top of <main>. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* Restore the Profullstack webring row in the footer The pit.world footer sweep (#11) dropped @profullstack/footer, so the homepage stopped linking the ring and rssamplifier's verifier lost the site. Render footerHtml() back into a <!--pfs-footer--> slot after the one-row site footer (it carries the only copyright line); the pit.world footer stays last in <body>. A test now pins the ring row in the HTML.
