### Added

- The new referee command [`RemoveMember`][osrlib.crawl.commands.RemoveMember] takes a character out of a running party for good. Use it when a character leaves play, like one who died too long ago for *raise dead*, and send [`AddMember`][osrlib.crawl.commands.AddMember] to bring in a replacement. The command is legal in `town` and `exploring`, makes no draws, takes no time, and reports a player-visible [`MemberRemovedEvent`][osrlib.crawl.events.MemberRemovedEvent]. Name another member in `give_to` to hand them everything the character carries. Without it, the character's gear and coins leave the game, and the party's experience for treasure doesn't change. The session never gives the removed id to another member, and it refuses to remove the last member who is neither dead nor turned to stone, so add the replacement first.
