Bumps osrlib to 2.1.0 and renames the Unreleased changelog section to
[2.1.0] - 2026-10-30. The release covers the gameplay fixes from #176 to #206 and the documentation rewrite. The changelog section lists them for game developers.A minor version is right. Nothing in the public API was removed or renamed. Every new field defaults so older saves and commands still load, and
schema_versionstays 4. The behavior changes are rules fixes, and the changelog lists how 2.0.1 command logs replay differently.Checked locally
