What
measure-mirror catalog is now 73 real sealed cases after #51 (be557630, fn-guard 19→20, total 72→73). The mcp DISCIPLINE tool-description string still said 72; this syncs it.

mirror_stack_mcp/server.py— one line:72 real sealed cases→73 real sealed cases. No sub-counts (categories are named without numbers). No pin/dependency change.Why a separate PR
pin_watch only auto-drafts pin bumps; a count-text sync is not a pin, so it needs a manual PR. Kept to server.py only (does not touch pyproject pins).
