Overview
Adds a new Desktop app doc page and links it in Get started navigation (alongside the CLI).

The page documents the beta Mintlify desktop client: what it does versus the browser editor and CLI, platform-specific install/uninstall (including install.sh and Linux FUSE notes), in-app sign-in limitations during beta, tab/window behavior and per-tab sessions, keyboard shortcuts, settings, and update flows.
