Overview
Adds and surfaces Workflows across the Agent docs: agent/index.mdx now lists and links to workflows, and agent/use-cases.mdx includes a dedicated “Automate with workflows” use case.

Introduces/updates agent/workflows.mdx with clearer beta + Enterprise availability messaging, usage limits, dashboard-based creation steps (with screenshots) alongside repo-file setup, refined trigger terminology (cron vs push), and refreshed example workflows (including reordered/updated “draft feature docs” and “style audit”).

Updates docs.json navigation to include agent/workflows under the Agent section.
