Bump \minipdf-java\ Maven version 0.2.1 -> 0.3.0 (parent + module POMs, CLI --version\ string, README snippets).
After merge, publish a GitHub Release with tag \java-v0.3.0\ to trigger the Maven Central Publish workflow.
