`AssemblyVersion` remains at `1.61.0` after rolling the driver to `1.62.0`, so packages built from `main` still use the previous release version set `AssemblyVersion` to `1.62.0`, which also updates `PackageVersion`, `ReleaseVersion`, and `FileVersion`
