STILL A WORK IN PROGRESS! and design not settled, playing with some initial design ideas and implementations for adding the scoring options to the GUI

(for follow up work or design questions):

• let users configure their own scorers or only use ones in registry?
• rescore
• override score
• let user choose one scorer and have that save so they don't have to click every time.... but still editable in case they change scorer.... do we show both scores or only the recent one?
• delete score
