I wrote a Met Office notebook that shows how to run queries that make it possible to do time series analysis. I think this could be a replacement for the individual collection notebooks, but could also just be added as a supplemental resource.

Looks excellent, the gif's are killer, and it's great to demonstrate obstore and friends for te PC. I ran the cells and it all worked great for me.

@hrodmn I think this is mergeable (it's still in draft). I can make the changes over on https://github.com/microsoft/PlanetaryComputerDataCatalog/ to put it on the website — we can have multiple notebooks linked from each collection, so I'll just link to this one from each of the eight while still keeping the existing notebooks.
