cmc-paper.microwas removed in 2598d8a, buthelp colorsstill lists it under the 16-color schemes, and the note that "colorschemes which supply a white background are marked with a-papersuffix" no longer describes anything inruntime/colorschemes/(the light schemes there aredukelight-tcandsunny-day).Closes #3699
