Motivation

#12078 guarded some workflow jobs with github.repository == 'facebook/docusaurus' so that forks don't run them. Since the repository moved to meta/docusaurus, these guards skip the jobs on our own repository too:

Workflow Effect Last successful run
publish.yml No canary published on push to main: the last one is 4.0.0-canary-7002, 4 pushes skipped since 2026-10-23
argos.yml No visual regression screenshots, even on PRs with the Argos label 2026-10-23
continuous-releases.yml No pkg.pr.new preview releases 2026-10-23
codeql-analysis.yml No CodeQL analysis, including the weekly scheduled one 2026-10-23

This PR only updates the repository name, keeping the fork protection.

Merging this PR will trigger a canary release (publish.yml is in its own paths filter). If it fails to authenticate, the npm Trusted Publishing configuration of the @docusaurus/* packages probably still references facebook/docusaurus and needs to be updated on npmjs.com.

Test Plan

CI: the Argos, CodeQL and Continuous Releases jobs run on this PR instead of being skipped.

The other facebook/docusaurus mentions in .github/ and admin/ are links, which GitHub redirects: they don't gate any behavior.

…AI-assisted)

The Argos, CodeQL, Continuous Releases and Publish jobs were guarded on
`github.repository == 'facebook/docusaurus'` (PR #12078 to skip them on forks),
so they have been skipped since the repository moved to meta/docusaurus.

Full details: Title check

Explanation

The title names the main change: the Argos, CodeQL, Continuous Releases, and Publish workflows now use the meta/docusaurus repository guard after the repository move. The change set matches this, since each workflow file changes one repository condition from facebook/docusaurus to meta/docusaurus, and the PR objectives describe the same goal. The title is concise and specific. The "(AI-assisted)" suffix is extra metadata but does not make the title misleading.
