Please add Repeaters options to:
- blocklist repeaters
- hashes (e.g. frequent ANON_REQ )
- channels
- channel time reserve for DMs / scoped Messages
depending on the HW one could automatically identify malicious behaviour and thus allow the repeater to automatically (please as an opt-in) block "spammers".
