Draft: [RUN-5271] Rename tracing-in-runtime to opentelemetry-in-runtime

Since we are adding logs as well to the OpenTelemetry support the page is more accurately named opentelemetry-in-runtime.

Questions:

• Will renaming this page cause to much issues? Is there a way to redirect the old page to the new page?
• We might need to rewrite parts of the page, especially the introduction, since they are tracing-focussed.
