Part 2 of 2 of #13286, split at intake (owner Q93). The done-when below is copied from #13286 as written.

- The marker in
docs/upstream/claude-code.mdis at the newest release checked, its wording says those releases were rechecked rather than read one by one, and the closing pull request says which pages got only the link check.bash plugins/harness-ops/skills/changelog/scripts/changelog-status.shreads that marker. - Claude Code changelog: unread releases beyond the replay cap #10456 is closed with the marker pull request.

Understood: this is part 2 of 2 of #13286. It moves the changelog marker in docs/upstream/claude-code.md to the newest release checked and words it as "rechecked, not read one by one". The closing pull request must say which pages got only the link check, and it must also close #10456. The marker move depends on the docs-conformance fixes in part 1 (#13289) landing first. The admission comment says that blocker isn't closed yet. The parent #13286 is not a duplicate. It is the source of this split. Nothing is missing from the done-when.

Done in #13314: on main, changelog-status.sh reads last-applied 2.1.318, latest 2.1.318, range up to date. The PR body lists the 118 pages that got only the link check.
