Saved views are now ordinary records of a type implementing the mdbase.view contract. Reader provisions the published mdbase.view pack beside its own, requires the contract, and saves views with create and whole-document update under its record grants, so it no longer requests views.manage. New views are written at views/<view id>.md. View builders return frontmatter rather than serialized documents, the manifest check verifies every provided pack, and both manifest writers format with the repository's Prettier configuration.
