MM-71467 Add Playwright E2E tests: contract-checked fake GitHub on every PR - #1072
An in-process fake GitHub serves OAuth, REST, GraphQL and uploads. Every response is validated against GitHub's published REST description, webhook schemas and GraphQL schema, and any contract violation fails the test.

Runs against github.com with a machine token stored in KV, plus one real browser sign-in using password and TOTP.
Fixtures are created once and reused. A write rate limiter keeps runs under GitHub's secondary limits.
Webhook deliveries are fetched from the hook's delivery history and replayed, because GitHub can't reach the CI Mattermost.
