Replaced `ProjectReference` with `PackageReference` in both `SimpleAuthentication.Swashbuckle.csproj` and `SimpleAuthentication.csproj`. The local project dependency on `SimpleAuthentication.Abstractions` is now replaced with the NuGet package `SimpleAuthenticationTools.Abstractions` version `3.1.3`.
